How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.
Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
What methods of payment do you accept?

How do I cancel an order or return an item?
E-mail us at email@example.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to Radimovice 85, 463 44, SYCHROV, Czech republic. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we’ll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you. This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of refunding items.
I'm an international customer, have you received my returned items?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
